The problem

Your property needs attention. Not all of your time.

The tasks aren’t always complicated. Being there is the hard part. A showing, guest turnover, contractor visit or event setup can interrupt your entire day.

  • A tenant or guest needs access when you’re unavailable.
  • A contractor needs someone to meet them.
  • A rental or event venue needs checking before people arrive.
  • You need more than a text saying “it’s done.”

Let’s talk

How it works

From “I need help”
to a clear update.

We handle the property visit and coordinate with your contractors. You stay in control of decisions.

1

Tell us the task

Share what needs to happen, where the property is and when you need support.

2

Confirm the scope

We clarify access, the work involved, the updates you need and who approves next steps.

3

We visit the property

We check the property, coordinate with your contractors when needed, and report issues and next steps.

You make the decisions.

Photos, notes and practical observations help you approve next steps. Owners retain responsibility for legal, financial and leasing decisions.

What you can expect

A visit ends with a useful update.

We agree on the reporting you need before the visit. Here’s an illustrative format for a visit with a contractor, not a client report.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Can I ask for just one visit?

Yes. You can start with one showing, one turnover, a contractor visit or a property check. Recurring support can also be discussed.

What area do you serve?

We can travel up to approximately 50 km from Don Mills Station. Share the property address so we can confirm coverage before quoting.

What kinds of properties do you support?

We support independent rental owners, remote owners, short stay hosts and event venue operators. Tell us the property type and task so we can confirm the scope.

Do you carry out repairs yourselves?

No. We visit properties, inspect conditions and coordinate access and progress with your contractors for repairs or renovations. Trade work remains with the contractors.

How will I know what happened on site?

Updates can include visit notes, photos, contractor status, issues and next steps. We agree on the reporting you need when confirming the scope.

How do I get a quote?

Send the task, property location and timing. We clarify what needs to happen before confirming the scope and costs.
